How to delete Gmail account?

Sign into your Gmail account.
Click on Settings at the top-right of the page.
Click on Accounts tab and Google Account settings link.
Your Google account will be opened in a new window. Click on Edit link next to My products.
In the next page you will find number of options with links to remove a product or the whole service itself.
Choose the appropriate link and fill in the feedback form.

How to setup automatic response on Yahoo mail?

Here is how you can do it -
Login to your Yahoo Mail account and click on "Options" > "Mail Options"
You get to Mail Options page. On this page you can see a link called "Vacation Response" under "Management".
Click on the link and you will be taken to Vacation Response page. On this page you can set the date, response and special response messages.
You can even send a copy to yourself to check the response.
Once this is done click on "Turn Auto-Response On" button.
This will setup automatic response for the mails you receive when you are away.

How to change password on Yahoo?

Here is how you can do this -

Click on the link - https://edit.yahoo.com/config/change_pw
Enter your username and password to verify (if required).
Enter the passwords (Current, New and confirm new).
Click on "Save" button.
Your password is now changed to New password.

Switching between different content on Yahoo!

Here is how you can do this -

Login to your yahoo mail account and click on "Options" on the top right hand side of the page. Select "Mail Options".
On the next page click on "Account Information" and enter your password. Once you do this you will see your Yahoo! ID card.
Click on "Edit" in Member Information.
Under Member details click on Preferred Content.
Once you do this you can view your Preferred Content setting.
Change it to the one you want from the drop down and click on Finished button.
Again click on Finished button.
Now you have switched back.

How to block someone on Yahoo mail?

Sign into your yahoo mail.
Click on “Options” which you can find on the top right hand side of the page.
Under “Spam” heading you can find a link called “Block Addresses” click on this.
In the text box enter the email address or the domain name and click on the “Add Block” button.
For example
someone@someone.com – email address
someone.com – domain name
Once you do this the mails will be blocked and you will not receive any mails from the blocked address.

How to delete Yahoo account?

Here is how you can do this-
a) Point your web browser to https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_user
b) Login using your ID and password.
c) You need to enter the password again to confirm.
d) You need to enter the code displayed as well.
e) Click on the “Terminate this Account” button.

How to delete Orkut account?

To permanently delete your orkut profile, please follow these steps:
1. Sign into your orkut account.
2. Click “settings” on the left sidebar of your profile.
3. On the “general” tab, click “delete my orkut account”.

You will be taken to a page that gives further instructions and a link to “delete my account”. Clicking this link will re-direct you to the “Delete orkut” page of your Google Account. To permanently delete your orkut profile, follow the instructions.
You will no longer be able to log into orkut.com, but your Google Account will remain active.
Please do not try to log in to your orkut profile again for at least 24 hours. Do note that it may take up to 48 hours for your profile to be completely deleted from orkut.com. Once you've clicked “Delete orkut”, you will not be able to restore your profile or any of the information on that profile.

The last result on Google search

Hello Reader!

This is my 1st ever blog. So I wanted to write something which I found on google search. From my experience, there are about 90% of people who start their day by typing www.google.com
Has anyone observed the last result displayed in whatever seconds? Lets not go into technical part because it will get in lot of other stuff which I am not interested right now. I am just an user who wants to search and see the last result. So I queried with a string London and I got "Results 1 - 10 of about 504,000,000 for London [definition]. (1.55 seconds)" on google page with results.

Now I changed my preference to display 100 results in a page. I clicked on page number 10 so that I can quickly go to the last page. What did I see?
"In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the 971 already displayed.
If you like, you can repeat the search with the omitted results included."

Alright! There are some results omitted so lets include that also. I clicked on the link and I got the 1st page with 100 results. Now I again clicked on page 10 to see the last page. Where is the last page? That's it! It can show only results upto 1000.

I am just an user and I want to see the (504,000,000 - 1)th result. If it cannot be displayed then why is it necessary to say that these many results were found? I simply call it as fake. Now I even have a doubt on the time. Is it real? Are these part of the business? Perhaps!
